The NPRO is very similar in appearance to a traditional cigarette and, with the high nicotine-content cartridges, hits very much like one too. Excellent battery life and a more refined appearance set the NPRO apart.

    Cartridges tastes were okay. High nicotine content was easily the best..the rest are sorta lacking. The atomizer has a pretty hard draw that was closer to regular cigs. For some reason njoy doesn’t have replacement parts online,but you can order over the phone. Battery recharge tooka bout 45 min. Lasted about a day. Overall i love this smoke…a little pricey, but battery life makes up for it.

    These are good, a little on the pricey side, but good. I ordered the blucig aoriginally but cancelled my order and got these when blucigs quit taking orders a couple months ago. Its a good smoke, hits well, tastes okay. The battery lasts about a day and i’m a heavy smoker. Definitely buy the high nic cartridges with this b/c the rest are too weak.

    I bought these at the recent sale price of 59.95 so they were pretty much the same price as other brands I was considering. The atomizer seemed to be DOA on the one I got, but NJOY replaced that at no charge within a few days. I found their customer service to be very good. I really like these…they taste good, I haven’t smoked for real in 9 days now with no problems at all. The battery lasts a while…about a full day like another reviewer said, but I’ve still been caught out of the house with dead batteries and that wasn’t fun at all. I’ve heard some brands sell a charging case and I think that would be really helpful. Overall though I’m really happy with this purchase and NJOY’s customer service is top notch!

    When I first purchased this about a year ago, I was very pleased. But, a few months ago oneof the batteries just quit, they replaced it. Then, I could not tell what was broken, the battery, atomizer, cartridges,etc. I called and expained what was happening and she said it sounded like the atomizer, plus the new battery was going dead in a couple of hours. Last week I received a new battery, 2 atomizers, and 5 cartridges…good attempt, but the battery works half the time, one atomizer worked for 4 days, the other for 20 minutes, and 2 of the 5 cartridges seemed to be dried out. Good customer service in that they quickly replace and send more than you expect, but if what you are getting is rebuilt second hand junk, that is worthless. I sit here, a month trying to quit smoking for health reasons, I do well until the Njoy breaks, then I am off the wagon till replacements arrive…this makes quitting harder. I will admit, though, IF or WHEN it works, it is a good product.

    I bought the NJOY NPRO about a year ago. I will admit that I did not use it much up until these that couple of months when I actually quit smoking. I order the e-liquid from other sites and I refill my cartridges so I don’t remember what the original cartridges tasted like, but if you refill them correctly they last an excellent amount of time. Originally, I thought that the atomizer came broken, but after puffing on it a while and changing out the batteries it worked fine. It takes quite a bit of effort for me to get a really good hit off of it (others I see do not seem to have this problem when hitting it), but I enjoy it none the less. I haven’t had to replace anything as of yet, but I am thinking of buying a new atomizer buy phone, just in case, for the future.
    NJOY doesn’t seem to be very high at the top of the e-cig list these days, but the competition gives you twice as much for half the price… that just always makes me think ‘You get what you pay for’ so I think I made a good decision and will stick with the NPRO.

    Got mine for 59 dollars.Cartridge cost way to much at 2 dollars each.
    An old smoker would go through 4 of these a day easy.Refilling yourself is
    a lot cheaper but there not easy to refill and dont hold much
    Needs cheaper and stronger Cartridges

    Price = way over priced! not worth it
    Size = similar to a cigarette but heavier
    Battery Life = not really tested as I dont think its even worth it to finish a battery life
    Cartridge Life = if they stopped leaking into my mouth, Id know it
    Accessories = not worth spending my money on
    Taste = NOTHING like a real cigarette. Pretty gross.
    Overall = I DONT RECOMMEND

    I just got my starter kit yesterday and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. There’s barely to NO smoke, and when you try to inhale, it doesn’t feel like anything like a real cigarette. If I suck back enough I get a bit of smoke, but barely, and if you inhale, you get nothing and it just tastes gross.

    I do not recommend this to anyone who’s trying to substitute regular cigarettes. I already put all my stuff back in the box, and since NJOY.com doesn’t offer refunds, I just lost a lot of money.

    It’s nothing like a real cigarette and the vapour is all false advertising. Save your money.

    they can work pretty well…some brands.
    the NJOY and NPRO products are garbage and their customer service pretty much acknowledges that. they had to completly re-vamp their cartridges to include an atomizer so now they are 4$ each!
    customer service management is horrible! go with another brand unless you like a mouthful of liquid nicotine when you draw, and the assurance of their customer service manager that it is safe to orally injest.
    and don’t be fooled by all of NJoy’s websites that are made to look like actual consumer reviews! they are sneaky like that.

    I bought the njoy npro, it worked great for about 3 days. The atomizer has been replaced4 times, the batteries replaced 2-3 times, probably wasted many dozens of new filters due to drying out while I worked on broken automizers. Customer service SUCKS, well basically does not exsist. Call the customer help line before you buy and you will see that it is merely and answering machine for new orders. No one calls back even after 10 polite messages were left. Negative reviews are almost always deleted from their website. SAD SAD SAD

    I have the npro with the 2n1 filters. Lasts all day on a charge, minty taste, and I only have to replace the cartridge every 2 days or so, faster if I am out drinking. I am very happy to say I have not had a cig in 3 weeks after 18 years of pack a day smoking.

    I bought the Npro starter kit at my local 7/11 for 20 bucks and 5 cartridge refills for 20 bucks…..I am really impressed with this (I am a 2 pk a day smoker -camels) and I really really enjoy this …it has been a week now and I am smoking about 34 less real cigs a day….I went on line and ordered ejuice in camel to use with this….I recommend this very highly….it is my first ecig to buy or try….so I can only imagine all the possibilities with e cigs…very happy customer……:)

    Bought this thing 2 days ago for $69 bucks and i feel like my pants are still down from getting screwed. It DOES help curb the need for a cigarette however: The batteries won’t stay charged, the taste makes you want to vomit, the cartridges will sometimes leak into your mouth and burn like fire, sometimes you draw as hard as you can and barely get anything and at other times you barely puff and it burns your throat from taking in so much. i’ll be trying another brand of e-cig and tossing this one in the garbage as soon as possible.

    Bought mine at 7/11 for $19.95 and it came with two menthol cartridges – so much cheaper than the competitors. Also, I like the size. Battery lasts about two days for me, but the cartridges last forever. Also, the product just seems to be of higher quality than the Blu (the only other one I’ve tried).

    I just wish they offered more flavors. I would love a nicotine free vanilla or strawberry.

    I have had the NPRO for 8 months now and in that time I have had 4 batteries die on me. The last 2 that were sent out were dead on arrival and will be getting returned. Luckily the UK agent for NJOY has great customer service and has replaced the batteries so far with out question. They now have their own compatible batteries so hopefully they will send these instead.

    These suck!!! There is hardly any taste, and it lasts 2 hrs FULLY charged. Don’t waste your money.
