Switched out from high nicotine menthol to medium nicotine menthol - didn't taste like menthol at all! Called the company-service rep told us to roll the cartridges in our hands and then thump them on the table a couple of times. Really!?! How ridiculous is that? So, until we use them up, we're stuck with a product we're not really enjoying because they're not returnable or exchangeable. Lesson learned. Don't try to stock up on products from this company, because quality is a crap-shoot.

I bought this product a few months ago and quit using it because the refills did not always work. Out of a refill pack of 5 at least one did not operate. My last refill there were 2 that did not work. Now the batteries will not charge, so I am flipping this thing in the garbage where it belongs and going to something else more reliable.

My purchase of the Blu was the best thing i could have done... I purchased mine from a local drug store because I cannot smoke around my nieces. Overall I am so happy to have purchased this item. The batteries don't last too long, so thank goodness for the usb and wall charger! I started smoking this in the middle of the day after smoking almost a half a pack of regular cigs, and haven't had the urge to return to my old smokes! Thank you for an excellent product!

I'm a 50 yr. old female who has been smoking since the age of 12. I happened to go into a store today with a 76yr. old lady who is a dear friend of mine, has been for about 30 yrs. We had both been talking to our physicians about getting some help stopping. The store we happened to stop in had the blu elec. cigs hanging right beside the register so there was no way u could miss them when cking out! She decided she was going to try one and told the cashier she needed 2! When I asked why 2 she said I needed 1 2. I told her no,when I got pd. if she liked them I would co.e back and get one. So the cashier put it back 4 me. I went to the car and when we carried the things in to put away, lo and behold again there were 2. That was at 9 a.m. today and we both have only had 1 real cig. since then and it is now1:30a.m. Of the next day! I advise everyone if they are really serious about quitting, You know which to start with and I would imagine when they get ready to completely stop both they will be laying down the blu elec. at the end also! Just Amazing, Totally!!!!!

I first tried blu back in October when I bought a new car. I didn't want the smell to stick to the vehicle so I quit tobacco. I love blu, but from then to now their quality has seriously dropped. I bought new batteries, but they still die very fast. The "pack" equivalent cartridges are more like half a pack. I'll be looking for a replacement when I finally use the rest of my cartridges, or I'll go back to tobacco since the price will be the same if their cartridges continue to yield less and less. The chargers are also very fragile. Don't dare even drop them a foot because you'll need replacements.

I guess I came in late on the buying price and extra cartridges but it is definately worth it to me would have loved to recieve 25 cartridges but I wont complain. I love it. it will pay for itself over and over. Best thing I ever did for myself and family and freinds especially non-smokers!

The easiest way to refill a blank cartomizer is to use a set of tweezers and pull of the white o-ring (sometimes it’s black). You have to be careful when you do this otherwise you’ll damage the ecig. Once you’ve removed it, you can use add fluid to the cartomizer using a needle and then just push the o-ring back into place. It’s fairly simple, you just ahve to be careful not to damage the cartomizer when removing the o-ring. The quality of the atomizer in a cartomizer is a bit lower quality than a standalone cartomizer so, while they’re much cheaper, they aren’t meant to be refilled too many times.

Pretty sweet except...they don't last that long. I tested them out with a friend who smokes real cigs. Whenever he wanted to smoke i went with him and he still had 4 real cigs in his pack when my ecig ran dry. Still not a bad product and i can't complain cause i'm not smoking real cigarettes.

My batteries seem to be dying really quickly. Not sure what the deal is with that but I can't give them a good rating with bad batteries. I called Blu Cigs and they told me they'd send out a replacement so we'll see how that works. It sucks too because this looks way cooler than my other vaporizers so hopefully I can get it working well and won't have to return it.

Love blu way more than any other ecig. Not much of a comparison but where are coupons for accessories? I can't find them anywhere.
